Morten is Copenhagen-based and has spent eighteen years inside the enterprise software licensing function — first on the buy-side inside multinational organizations running ITAM and compliance programs, and for the past decade as an independent advisor to CIOs, CFOs, and heads of procurement at Fortune 500 companies.
His specialty is the defensible, data-driven audit response: turning unstructured license deployment data into evidence that withstands vendor scrutiny. Morten has led engagements where initial Autodesk settlement demands exceeded $40M; in multiple cases, final settlements closed at less than 25% of the opening position.
He works in English, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian, and leads engagements across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
